HOLIDAY PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME FRAME WILL BE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE IS HAVING SHIPPING DELAYS AND EVEN LOST PACKAGES.
DuJour & Co will take 2 business days to process your order. NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS! (Weekends include Friday-Sunday). All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days, once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
Once the package has been received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. If this is the case you will need to contact United States Postal Service. If it says that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you will have to contact United States Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for any packages that states that it has been delivered.
If your package returns to us due to incorrect address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for redelivery. You will be contacted immediately if your order gets return to our office by USPS.
If you entered the wrong shipping address and you contact us BEFORE your order ships out with your correct address, we will update it for you for no additional fee.

If you tried purchasing items and your order automatically cancelled, it may be due to you entering the incorrect billing address. If your order is flagged as FRAUD, it will automatically be cancelled!
